Today we review the 2018 Masters Championship.
Patrick Reed won his first major championship, besting Rickie Fowler by a single stroke with a final-round 71.
Once again Rickie came up short, this was his best chance yet at Augusta but Reed's driving and short putting did the job. Jordan Spieth had a memorable Sunday charge, shooting eight-under to fall just two shots short of Reed’s lead. Spieth ended the tournament at 13 under in third place.
The celebrations at 18 were subdued to say the least, the polarising Reed is not super popular in these parts, that aside one can't argue with his golf in the final round, it was epic. He is truly one of the very best players in the game.
